The day begins with cold temperatures that will gradually rise into the 40’s. The afternoon brings the development of rain with wind. Rainfall could become heavy and exceed an inch while wind gusts are likely to top 40 mph. Coastal flooding along the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries is likely as well.
If the onset of the storm happens to include any wintry mix of precipitation it will quickly turn to rain as temps increase.
Monday will remain windy with partly cloudy skies and temps near 44 degrees.
