Pardon me for ranting on things that are on my mind before I get to the weather. Hopefully, it will make me feel better. I don’t know what it will do for you.
So, here I step up on my soap box and begin to ramble on about some of the things that matter to me this weekend in no particular order.
#1: I begin with some information on your latest good read this summer.
BREAKING NEWS: A federal judge has confirmed that the plot to imprison Michael Cohen during the pandemic to keep him from publishing a tell-all book about the president before the 2020 election was just what we thought it was. The odds of the book's publication just skyrocketed. https://t.co/L8YzWUVGMM

#2: How do you send well wishes to an alleged pedophile and show no sympathy for 145,000 Americans that have succumbed to COVID-19?
Pres. Trump on Ghislaine Maxwell, longtime companion of infamous sex offender Jeffrey Epstein: "I just wish her well, frankly."

The only other times I can recall President Trump sending well wishes to those charged with a crime was with Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, and Roger Stone. Pardon (pun intended) me for thinking that Ms. Maxwell may live to see a similar fate…unless, of course, she meets the same fate Jeffrey Epstein met.
What makes this interesting is the history that Trump has partying with Jeffrey Epstein. As Trump himself said, “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”
#3: And then there is this. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry when the President of the United States of America brags like a 5th grade bully!

#4: What follows is not American “law and order”. It is martial law! This is what the Gestapo, the KGB, and Saddam Hussein did! The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 prohibits the use of U.S. military forces to perform the tasks of civilian law enforcement such as arrest, apprehension, interrogation, and detention unless explicitly authorized by Congress. I have yet to see the congressional authorization. If we are going to send troops into American cities the least we can do is do it legally.

#5: And finally, one good TV commercial and a good laugh before the weather forecast.

Today will bring temps in the upper 80’s with a chance of a thunderstorm. Tomorrow brings 95 degrees again. I have no idea what our President will do! Sadly, I think neither does he.
Good morning! At the risk of sounding like a broken record, we're looking for another very warm and humid day, with another chance for late day/evening showers & T-Storms. High temperatures in the low to mid 90s inland…upper 80s to around 90 along the coast. pic.twitter.com/5sCVCaYMyY
