The vast majority of bats used in MLB are manufactured in Louisville, Kentucky where the Louisville Slugger Museum, pictured above, is a hot tourist attraction. The weather there is hot as well.

Oppressive low to mid 90’s temperatures are expected again today, and tomorrow, and the next day, and….well, you get the picture.
