It has been 78 years since the mid-Atlantic States have experienced a temperature drop as severe as the one we experienced over the past two days. Our Salisbury Weather Blog station dropped from 84 to 33 degrees in 24 hours, while the official Salisbury drop at the airport was from 86 to 34. Any way you slice it, that is pretty remarkable.
