
A backdoor cold front, one that sweeps down from the north, will bring some changes to our area as temps drop and rain reappears. The front will meander back and forth over the next few days bringing plenty of clouds and multiple chances for both rain and drizzle.

We are watching the potential development of a coastal storm late this weekend that will likely affect our area. Will it be a heavy rain, or will enough cold air mix in that it changes rain to snow late on Sunday?
As of this morning models seem to be in agreement that Delmarva will receive some snow, at least on the tail end of the system. The right combination of storm winds and temperatures may bring us a few inches of snow by Monday morning. We will know better in the next 48 hours.
