Delmarva is receiving the wrath of Old Man Winter today as Arctic air filters into the area, bringing an early snow squall, dangerously cold wind chills, and potentially damaging winds that may gust to between 40 and 50 mph. The temperature should top out near 27 degrees but, of course, is going to feel much colder to the skin due to the strong winds.
Sunday will stay cold, with temps in the upper 20’s again, under sunny skies. It will be a good day to stay inside and eat yourself silly. I hear there is a football game of interest on TV Sunday night.
Temperatures on Sunday night into Monday morning will drop to near a frigid 10 degrees.
Back to work on Monday brings mostly sunny skies with a high near 32 degrees, still well below normal.
