Our first Sunday of 2026 remains cold under mostly sunny skies as high temperatures reach about 40 degrees.

Clouds enter the picture on Monday as temps creep up a few degrees to an afternoon high of 44 degrees.

The payoff for being patient during the recent cold spell is the milder air that will finally enter the area on Tuesday. Salisbury can expect to experience 50 degree readings for the first time in quite some time.

Those temperature readings will only moderate as the week wears on. Mid to upper 50’s are expected for Wednesday through Friday under a mix of sun and clouds with primarily dry conditions.
