Stepping outside on this sunny Sunday may have you doing an about face and heading inside for warmth. It will be windy with temperatures not likely to get out of the 30’s in some areas. The official forecast calls for a high of 41 degrees. Winds could gust over 30 mph. The overnight low temperature is expected to reach a frigid 22 degrees by sunrise tomorrow.
In essence today will be a good day to watch football. You just will not be watching it in Buffalo. The scheduled game there, between the Bills and the Cleveland Browns has been moved to Detroit due to the record breaking November snowfall.

If you’re the President of the United States then you are celebrating your 80th birthday today. President Joe Biden caps off a big weekend for his family as his granddaughter Naomi was married in a private White House ceremony yesterday…just the 19th such time that nuptials have been exchanged there.
The commander in chief also took the time this week to publically tweet his views regarding the only announced Republican candidate for president in the 2024 election.

The unseasonably cold conditions will be short lived, however, as Monday temperatures should return to near 49 degrees under continued sunny skes.
The cold relationship between our current and former presidents is likely to remain cold for quite some time. The view from here is that chances of the relationship remaining cold is 100% with a chance of someone melting down over the appointment of a special counsel, Jack Smith, to investigate the former president.
On top of all of this, Elon Musk has reinstated the Twitter account of the former president…perhaps as a gift to the birthday boy, or maybe just Musk having fun stirring the pot.
The next few weeks and months in American history may be hard to predict. This weather blogger is predicting that the 2024 presidential election will not be a rematch involving the 2020 candidates. With winter approaching it will be easier to obviously predict the weather.
Over the next 10 days or so the Salisbury area is expected to experience a return to normal conditions, with temps mostly in the 50’s and limited chances of precipitation.
