Much of Wicomico County will find today’s mostly sunny skies to their liking after the downpours, hail, and severe thunderstorms we experienced yesterday. It made for a memorable Flag Day.
The nearly 2 inches of rain that fell in a short time caused some flooding in low lying areas as temperatures dropped into the upper 60’s. Today’s high should return to the mid to upper 80’s.
There may be some showers overnight and into Thursday morning. Skies will clear throughout the day tomorrow with temps reaching the mid 80’s.
