Wet and dreary are probably two words that best describe the Mother’s Day weekend on Delmarva. There may be a break in shower activity early in the day. Showers will continue on/off throughout the afternoon with daytime temperatures reaching the upper 50’s to near 60 degrees.
Rain in the morning and wind describes Mother’s Day itself with high temps near 50 degrees.
A significant coastal storm impacts the region beginning later today into next week. Moderate to major tidal flooding, high winds along the coast, and high seas/rough surf will all be possible with this system. View our full briefing here: https://t.co/1AC9qR2RfM pic.twitter.com/GDVJJRA0AU
