Today brings the first full day of April sunshine to Delmarva. Most will welcome it after yesterday’s wind, rain and tornado warnings. Temperatures, however, will only reach the mid 50’s.
Tornadoes were confirmed to have touched down in Sussex County, DE. Unfortunately, at least one fatality was reported.

Temps are expected to rise a few degrees each day this week under mostly sunny skies. Monday should be in the upper 60’s with temps rising into the mid 70’s by Tuesday. No more April showers are expected until Thursday at the earliest.
