The Delmarva Peninsula could use the rainfall, but we seem destined to continue our dry pattern for a few more days. The graphic above indicates that weather models are expecting our area to just miss out on a substantial rainfall later in the week.
We will see more sunshine again today with temperatures in the mid to upper 50’s before a more southerly flow of air will increase our readings into the mid 60’s on Thursday.
We are crossing our fingers that some rain may arrive late Friday into Saturday morning. That, however, is not a sure thing as some weather models, like the one above, indicate that the system may skirt the coast and leave us dry.
