This is not the Halloween you wished for our children. Temperatures will struggle to get much past 50 degrees on an otherwise overcast day. Scattered shower activity is expected, particularly on the southern Eastern Shore.

Overnight temps may drop into the upper 30’s to near 40 degrees leading to a Wednesday with sunny skies and continued cold temperatures near 50 degrees again. Wednesday night temperatures are likely to dip near the freezing mark.
