Showers and thunderstorms should be fairly widespread across Southern Delmarva today, particularly in the morning, with temperatures reaching just the upper 70’s to near 80 degrees. Most areas need the rain.

Pleasantly sunny skies will return for Thursday and Friday again with temps near 80 degrees.

Beautiful skies will continue into the weekend with comfortable conditions. Do not, however, underestimate the wrath of Hurricane Lee by venturing into the Atlantic surf. . Riptides can be deadly.
