Here is a reminder that despite the world record high temperatures that were registered globally in the month of June that the Northeast and Eastern regions of the US are running below average for the summer. Salisbury’s high temperature of 93 degrees was registered on July 3.
Again today, while much of the nation is trying to stay cool with record breaking high temperatures, the Salisbury area will experience another day with temps in the mid 80’s and low levels of humidity.
Today’s easterly flow of air will usher in even cooler air tomorrow with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures should only reach near 80 degrees.
