It may feel like summer this afternoon. The Salisbury area is finally expecting a good bit of sunshine as temperatures rise into the upper 80’s. This will be in sharp contrast to some of the cool and dreary days that we experienced towards the end of May.
Things will cool down on Saturday into the comfortable mid 70’s again with plenty of clouds. Sunday and Monday, however, should be quite pleasant with temps in the mid to upper 70’s.
2pm EDT 6/1 Update: Recent satellite wind data, along with buoy & ship observations indicate the area of low pressure over the NE Gulf of Mexico has a broad but well-defined circulation with maximum sustained winds of about 35 mph.
