A weak cold front crossing our area will bring cooler temperatures today that may only reach the upper 60’s under partly cloudy skies.
The cooler air will linger for a few days as temperatures reach near 70 degrees through Sunday. There is still a great deal of uncertainty as to how far north and inland the pesky low pressure system off the South Carolina coast will move. The certainty is that the Carolinas will see a holiday drenching of rain. Our area is likely to see isolated shower activity from late Saturday through the Memorial Day weekend and into early next week. The next few days will tell.
