Easter always occurs on the first Sunday after the first full moon of Spring. The earliest it can occur is March 22 and the latest it can occur is April 25.
Checking the calendar of full moons all the way back to 1600 shows us that Easter has occurred most often on both March 31 and April 16.
If you’re planning ahead to 2022 Easter will be on April 17.

Party cloudy conditions with temperatures rising to the mid 60’s is what we can look forward to on this Easter Sunday. I am not prepared to make a forecast for next Easter, however, tomorrow will bring plenty of sunshine with highs approaching 70 degrees.
