This afternoon’s run of the ECMWF model shows that warmer air is not moving quite as far to the north as it was previously.
That combined with very low dew points provides the possibility that tonight’s precipitation could well include a brief changeover to snow sometime up until 4 AM or so that could affect northern portions of Dorchester, Wicomico, and Worcester.
This morning it looked like the mid-shore represented the cutoff line between mixed precipitation and rain.
This does not necessitate a grocery store run as any and all precipitation will end as rain in the morning.
