Today will be another fine January day as the mercury creeps towards 50 degrees and likely beyond.

Next week will likely offer us a couple of opportunities for rain and perhaps some snow. At this time rain is likely early in the week, while Wednesday evening into Thursday may introduce us to snow for the first time in over a year. It is too early to say with certainty.
