A weak storm system pushed through the area overnight bringing us about a quarter inch of rain with winds shifting to the west. As a result temperatures will be about 10 degrees colder today under mostly cloudy skies.
We did escape the messy wintry weather, however, as it traveled to our north. There is a slight chance of a late day shower on the back of the system but, once it passes, mostly sunny conditions will be left for Sunday.
The extended outlook includes partly to mostly sunny conditions with seasonable temperatures.
