A student who gets 2 out of 3 questions right on a test is considered poor. If you’re Meatloaf, then two outta three ain’t bad! The Electoral College affirmed Americas’s long standing devotion to its democratic principles by electing Joe Biden as the nation’s 46th president on the same day that life saving COVID-19 vaccinations began rolling out across our nation. Good news for sure, however the national death toll for the pandemic passed 300,000 lives lost. So, was yesterday a good day or not?
There will be countless people who will find something positive in yesterday’s news, while others who are blinded by conspiracy theories will see only the darkness.
Yesterday’s weather was certainly dreary, but skies should brighten today even though temperatures will remain chilly. We’ll reach the low 40’s today. By midday on Wednesday the Mid-Atlantic will be pelted with rain and snow. The Salisbury area will see rain…about an inch and a half. A daytime high of 52 degrees will plunge below freezing tomorrow night. Is that good or bad?
