We are expecting rain all day today. Daytime highs in the mid to upper 40’s will plunge to the upper 20’s overnight, but the precipitation will have stopped prior to the arrival of the colder air. Expect about an inch of rain by the time it subsides this afternoon.
Partly cloudy skies, again with temps in the mid 40’s, will be the story for Tuesday, before another, and likely stronger, storm affects our area on Wednesday. Wednesday’s cold rain will have us missing out on a major snow event for much of the Northeast.
The finer details are still in limbo, but forecasters are growing increasingly confident that a large and highly impactful winter storm will impact the East during the middle part of the week: https://t.co/fvYZ6a1Xah pic.twitter.com/V8uSSMyO2p
