Salisbury can expect partly cloudy skies with a high temperature near 55 degrees today. Overnight lows tonight will settle just above freezing.
Wednesday should be cooler with temps reaching only the upper 40’s under partly sunny skies. Tomorrow night is likely to see temps drop into the upper 20’s for the first time this season. Brrrr!
A warming trend, however, is expected towards the end of the week.
The weather pattern will bring a week of temperature transitions across the country, having residents from Boston to Dallas to Seattle wondering what season it is: https://t.co/GUmkBbQoUB pic.twitter.com/zOHgsvieYt

The record breaking tropical activity in the Atlantic has fortunately spared us from its wrath. The worst storms have stayed to our south.
For the 1st time on record (since 1851), we have 5 straight years with a Category 5 #hurricane in the Atlantic.
2016: Matthew
2017: Irma/Maria
2018: Michael
2019: Dorian/Lorenzo
Now in 2020, #Iota. The latest we've ever recorded a Cat. 5 in a year. Just the 2nd in November. pic.twitter.com/ejZiILvZm2
