In just a few days we will have gone from a White House super spreader event to today’s super soaker rain event.
The good news is that with today’s rain, however, you will only get wet. You will not be exposed as a sycophant sitting giddily in front of a feckless neophyte, about to contract a deadly virus and unknowingly and perhaps, even worse, uncaringly transmit it to those you seemingly care about.
Our streak of dry weather that has spanned the first 10 days of October will end today. The rain may become heavy late today and tonight. Temperatures both today and tomorrow should top out in the low 70’s and the rain is not expected to end until sometime on Monday.
Several weather systems will work together to ignite both beneficial and problematic rainfall across portions of the central Appalachians beginning on Sunday: https://t.co/pfGo1dwLa3 pic.twitter.com/CWeSrJ3J3o
