Rain and thunderstorms from Tropical Storm Fay should continue into mid afternoon. The heaviest bands of rain are off the coast from Ocean City north to Cape May, New Jersey. Many coastal areas are experiencing flooding. Some areas in Worcester County have recorded over 5 inches of rain as of 8 AM.
The Salisbury area is expected to receive light to moderate rainfall through midday. Some thunderstorms could contain heavy downpours and drivers should exercise caution. Temperatures should reach the low 80’s.
