Yesterday’s thunderstorms arrove 4 to 5 hours later than I expected, but they did not disappoint in terms of the amount of precipitation that we received. Many areas picked up anywhere from 1 to 2 inches of rain. It was well needed.
Cloudy skies this morning will give way to some sunshine this afternoon under muggy conditions with highs near 87 degrees.
