The weather will become stickier as we head towards Thursday. We’ll see high temps near 90 degrees again today with a few more clouds in the sky. We should be hopeful that some thunderstorm activity may head our way by tomorrow as we have had no measurable rain in 17 days!
High temperatures in the upper 80s to lower 90s combined with increasing humidity will make it feel closer to 100 degrees for many inland locations today. If spending time outdoors, take extra precautions. Stay hydrated and wear light, loose-fitting clothing, if possible. pic.twitter.com/L2Ba8gSGg8

In fact, thunderstorms are expected to develop tomorrow afternoon and evening, giving us an opportunity to break our drought. Things are expected to cool down a bit, under mostly cloudy skies, for Friday.
