A stationary front settles in across Delmarva bringing with it scattered showers and thunderstorms. The front should settle in somewhere just north of Salisbury, keeping us on the warm side with temperatures in the upper 60’s. If it wobbles a bit to the south, however, our temps could be several degrees chillier. I’m thinking that the worst precipitation will occur to our north.
So, it might be a good day to head south.
I know that I’m posting super early this morning, but with cabin fever setting in and plenty of time to spare, I’m out the door to take care of some essential recreation. I’m going bowling this afternoon just outside of Atlanta. I’m hoping to get off of Route 58 in Virginia before the sun comes up. Once I’m on Interstate 85 South it should be clear sailing.
Look out Fun Tastik, in Gainesville, just north of Atlanta. I know you open at 11 AM, but please save me a lane. I’m just under 700 miles away, but I’ll be there just after lunch.
This is going to be so much fun. Make America Georgia Again!
By the way…my wife wants to know if there’s a place nearby where she can get her hair and nails done while I’m bowling?
Saturday is expected to be cooler under partly cloudy skies with highs in the low to mid 60’s.
