Pictured here is the initial run of the ECMWF (Euro Weather Model) that displays the expected accumulation of snowfall in the US for the first 10 days of the year. It clearly shows that the Mid-Atlantic portion of the nation has little to look forward to below the Mason-Dixon line.
In fact today will bring us plenty of sunshine with a few passing clouds as temperatures are expected to top out near 55 degrees in Salisbury.
Friday will be even warmer, as we return to the low 60’s. The warmer air will bring with it a good drenching of rain that will last into Saturday.
