Most of us picked up a much needed inch of rain yesterday. Winds could reach as high as 40 miles per hour today on Delmarva as a nor’easter whips out to sea and up the coast. The thermometer is expected to reach the low 60’s so things will feel much cooler today.
Here is a little windsock trivia for you. Did you know that if a windsock is sticking out parallel to the ground that the wind speed is at least 17 miles per hour? I thought you did!
Tonight will bring a cool evening with lows in the 40’s. By early Friday morning we may see lows reach the upper 30’s…the coolest of the season.
