Our morning of September 11 eighteen years ago began with bright blue skies and abundant sunshine up and down the east coast. What happened at mid morning and beyond illustrated how an otherwise lovely day can become anything but when tragedy comes our way.
There will be considerable sunshine for us today with some passing clouds as the mercury climbs to the upper 80’s. Hopefully, the good warm feelings generated by this kind of September weather will last for each of us all day long.
Tomorrow promises to bring a blast of September heat and humidity as the thermometer is likely to top out in the low 90’s. We will not sweat too long, however, as a cold front is expected to pass through overnight bringing us cooler temps and the chance of showers on Friday.
