While my weather station only recorded about a tenth of an inch of rain many areas to the west and south of Salisbury received substantially more. A good chance of scattered thunderstorms exists today with high temperatures in the upper 80’s. Showers may likely linger into Monday before skies become partly cloudy.
The heat and humidity should subside somewhat on Monday when the weather will then become quite refreshing for July! In fact, some areas may not get out of the 70’s tomorrow. Most of us should see temps around 80 degrees.
