Much of America has been inundated with rain for weeks on end, leading to widespread flooding and devastation. One such group is our nation’s farmers. Their ability to cultivate and plant has been hampered to the point that many will face severe financial problems. All of us, of course, will face price increases for agricultural products that we take for granted.
We on Delmarva, while enduring a bit of a cool and wet June thus far, have been spared the heartbreak. So, when you look outside today and see clouds just be thankful that it is not as bad as it could be.
Expect clouds and temperatures in the upper 70’s to near 80 degrees today. Showers and thunderstorms are likely to develop late in the day and last into the early morning hours tomorrow.
