Doris Day, the biggest female movie star of all time, passed away yesterday at the age of 97.  She starred in dozens of movies, none more famous than those with Rock Hudson, and recorded countless songs prompting many to dub her the female Frank Sinatra.

It is fitting I suppose that our new day brings us a bit of sunshine, like many cinema classics of Doris Day did back in the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s.  There will probably be more clouds than sun today, but nonetheless we may see it for the first time in several days.  Temperatures should settle in the low 60’s with breezy conditions.

Wednesday will moderate somewhat with a bit more sunshine and warmer temperatures.
