If only today was Mother’s Day almost all of us would be able to pull off any outdoor celebrations that we had planned. The temperatures will be fairly pleasant today under increasingly cloudy skies and the rain should hold off until fairly late in the day. Rainfall could be heavy overnight.
Tomorrow looks to be close to a washout with periods of rain and much cooler temperatures. If we are lucky there may be a brief period of time in the afternoon where the precipitation ceases to fall.
Sunday’s high temperatures will be in the low 60’s at best with a pretty stiff easterly breeze off of the ocean. We could pick up a good 2 inches or more of rainfall by the time Sunday night arrives.
