Saturday ended up being warmer than I expected, but the biggest surprise to me was the controversial finish to the Kentucky Derby.
One thunderstorm came through the Salisbury area after 2 AM this morning. Showers should redevelop later today and we will experience periods of rain throughout the better part of the day. Temperatures should reach about 70 degrees.
Partly cloudy skies will return for Monday with a high in the mid 70’s, leading to a week in which things will be closer to normal May weather.
