80 degrees is not out of the question for us on our Monday. A southwesterly breeze will usher in moisture and warmth from the south, bringing with it lots of afternoon clouds with the potential for some overnight rain and perhaps even thunderstorms.
Showers may linger into Tuesday morning. The clouds will hang around and temperatures will dip back down into the mid 70’s.
It does appear as though we are out of the woods in terms of winter weather. While the average last frost in the Salisbury area occurs on April 15 there appear to be no immediate chances for overnight temperatures to dip back down towards freezing. With that in mind it is probably safe to begin your outdoor spring planting.
