Damp and windy is the best description of today’s weather.  Temperatures will be in the 50’s but it certainly will not be a pretty day.

The wind continues to howl on Saturday under partly cloudy skies.  Enjoy your spring!  It has to be spring because the Cherry Blossom Festival is under way in DC.  We just don’t have the blossoms yet!
