Spring officially arrives at 5:58 PM today.  Expect the clouds to dissolve and temperatures to immediately soar to 75 degrees.  Birds will chirp and flowers will bloom.  Then you’ll wake up, realize that the thermometer will dip to the low 40;s tonight and that it’ll rain tomorrow.  The nightmare continues.

Be patient, though.  Things will  slowly get better.  Before you know it we’ll be complaining about upper 80’s heat with high humidity.

Currently it looks as though once we get past Thursday’s rainfall that we can look forward to slowly moderating temperatures and mostly dry conditions for an extended period of time.
