Let’s just say that today will be beautiful  Above average temperatures will continue to dominate the month for another week to 10 days.  The remainder of February is expected to feature temperatures that are slightly below normal.

65 degrees or more today sounds about as good as it can get in February.

Despite the warm weather that has made an impression on us, many would be surprised, I think, to find that the month is still running below average.  How about that!
