Bob Barker, the long time host of TV’s “The Price is Right”, will celebrate his 95th birthday today.  Most of us would like to have his looks, charm, and wit if we’re lucky enough to live that long.

Barker was also the host of an earlier game show on television from 1956 until 1975 called “Truth or Consequences”.  I offer this information for those of you too young to get the reference to Barker in my blog post headline.  On that show contestants who could not answer a question correctly were required to perform an embarrassing act.

So, here is the truth as I know it regarding today’s weather.  I better get it right to avoid the ugly consequences.

It will be mostly sunny today with temperatures in the mid 40’s.  Expect a warm up by the weekend with the chance of rain.  That’s the truth and I’m sticking to it!
