Today is National Cookie Day. I don’t know about you, but I can eat cookies in any kind of weather!
A warm freshly baked cookie will taste really good on this chilly December day. A front passed through last night bringing cooler temperatures along for the ride. High temperatures for each of the next several days will be in the 40’s.
The strong high pressure that has enveloped our area now appears likely to fend off the weekend’s winter storm. The major weather models now agree that the heaviest precipitation is likely to stay to our south. We are, however, several days out so I would keep an eye on any adjustments that may be made to the long range forecast.
