It’s cold but it’s not Snovember!

freeze warningBaby, it’s gonna get cold outside!  Having become accustomed to above average temperatures for over 6 months our systems will feel shocked today as we wake up to a cold and crisp autumn morning.

Today, despite lots of sunshine, we will see high temperatures fall into the 40’a with very windy conditions.  The same thing goes for Sunday as well even though the winds will diminish somewhat.  Expect temperatures to dip to 30 degrees or below both Saturday and Sunday nights.  Say goodbye to tender vegetation unless you cover them for a couple of nights.

The weather will become more moderate as the next work week unfolds and we are likely to see some rain by Tuesday.  For you snow lovers, you’ll have to look to far  Western Maryland to see any at all.
