September still provides images of beauty.  It looks like today and tomorrow will be the last two really hot September days for awhile.  A good chance of thunderstorms and showers exists for Friday before temperatures dip into the 70’s with scattered showers for the weekend.

It is possible that our area may see some precipitation that exists from the remains of Tropical Storm Gordon.  Currently it looks as though Salisbury’s weekend weather for the National  Folk Festival may be unsettled.
