What a mixed bag July was.  We experienced oppressive heat for the first part of the month…seeing a high temperature near 100 degrees without a drop of rain in sight.  Now we have recorded rainfall on 7 of the last 10 days with a good chance of afternoon thunderstorms again today.  As it stands this morning July 2018 is both warmer and wetter than our historical averages.  Goodbye July!
