Here is the official outlook.

The training of showers and thunderstorms through the area appears to have come to an end for most of us.  Stations on the lower eastern shore recorded 3 to 5 inches of rain from the storms.  Areas from Baltimore north toward Harrisburg were swamped with over 15 inches of rain.  A storm total of 3.99 inches of rain was recorded at my Salisbury weather station.  The last drops fell around 3 AM this morning.
