This radar clip from 6 o’clock this morning shows the rain, from a low pressure system hugging the coast, that will drench Delmarva today.  Showers, rain, thunderstorms, and heavy downpours are likely today under much cooler conditions with easterly winds off the ocean.  Expect several inches of rain to fall by Sunday.

This rainfall ushers in an unsettled period of weather where showers and thunderstorms will be possible nearly everyday for the remainder of July.
