Joey Chestnut topped his own world record by downing 74 hot dogs in 10 minutes during yesterday’s 90 degree heat in New York.  Meanwhile the Orioles succumbed again to the mustard throwing Phillies in baseball.  Will they ever ketchup?

Most forecasters agree that our heat wave will end at 7 days today with high temperatures in the upper 80’s.  There is a chance of thunderstorms today also, and an even greater chance of storms tomorrow.  Cross your fingers.  We need the rain.
