Reggae icon Bob Marley died on this date in 1981. I will steal a line from one of his song titles to describe today’s weather. It’ll be alright! As I write this with the sunrise to the east I can hear the chirps of three little birds who seem to agree.
The month of May remains dry so far. Salisbury has seen no measurable rain since .02 inches of it were measured on April 29. I think our May flowers are thirsty. I did witness a few sprinkles and a few rumbles of thunder around 6 PM or so last night, but nothing materialized. It won’t rain today either and tomorrow looks downright hot!
